INTRODUCTION Week One Starting with a warm welcome from our team and an introduction to the organization's culture, values, and mission.

TEAM MEMBER ONBOARDING Week Three Completing all necessary adminstrative requirements to ensure training time is uninterrupted.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Week One and Two Gaining an understanding of MBACC's policies, guidelines, and expectations, ensuring a smooth transition.

ROLE SPECIFIC TRAINING Week Three and Four Providing MBACC specific training and resources to contribute efficently and effectively to your the organization.

RECRUITMENT Week Two Selecting the top team members from our highly training Myrtle Beach team through screening, evaluation and assessment.

GO LIVE Week Four All agents trained and live on MBACC's calls and chats.
